Lily Allen has changed the title of her forthcoming new album. The 'Smile' singer will now call the album 'It's Not Me, It's You', according to the Daily Mirror. The album, set for release on February 9, 2009, was previously reported to be named 'Stuck On The Naughty Step', with 'Brilly Allen' another rumoured title. Pic: Dean Chalkley
